You are encouraged to consult with your managers and supervisors, examine recent employee appraisals and review community volunteer activities to ensure that deserving individuals are not overlooked. Five outstanding Federal employees will be selected by a special U.S. Congressional Office panel from among all general agency award nominations. One employee will be honored in each of the five categories for this year’s outstanding employee awards. These five categories include the following aspects of Federal employment: Administrative, Leadership, Professional Skilled/Trades and Community. Please bold or underline the appropriate category for each submitted nominee—(Maximum of two categories) Failure to complete this section will deny the employee an opportunity to compete for one of the five outstanding Federal employee special awards.
