Subject: Seasonal Flu Shots Begin October 1, 2014

Flu shots will be available to all DOI employees starting Wednesday, October 1, 2014, and continuing until our vaccine supply is depleted. This service is free and available to all employees throughout the Washington D.C., Metropolitan Area, and includes contract employees possessing an HSPD-12 credentialed identification badge.

Flu shots will be available Monday through Friday from 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. in the Main Interior Building Health Unit (North Penthouse). The flu shots are also being offered in other locations; for detailed scheduling information, visit the OFAS website at: http://www.doi.gov/employees/flu-shots/index.cfm.
