Subject: President's Management Council (PMC) Interagency Rotation Program (Cohort No.8)

Developing future leaders is an important aspect of agency management. With that in mind, I'm excited to share information about an initiative led by the President's Management Council. The PMC Interagency Program is a six-month rotation program that provides an excellent opportunity for high potential GS 13-15s to develop leadership competencies. We encourage you to share your interest in this program with your immediate supervisor, prior to your application.

Our requirements for program participation include:
• GS 13-15 (career, career-conditional, or equivalent)
• Full time agency employee for at least 18 months
• Currently work in the D.C. metropolitan area
• Performance rating of “exceeds expectations” or higher
• Demonstrated commitment to leadership development, with potential and aspiration for an executive position
• Availability for an interagency assignment from April 6, 2015 – September 25, 2015
• Concurrence of immediate supervisor and component leadership

A brief overview of the program is attached. If you would like to be considered, please complete the attached Statement of Interest Form. Send the completed and signed form, with a current copy of your resume, to this office no later than December 15, 2014. All forms must be submitted in the pdf format.

If you have any questions concerning the Interagency Rotation Program, you may contact Terri Reeves at (202) 219-0867, or by e-mail at Terri_Reeves@ios.doi.gov.
