New Publication Evaluating CMIP3 and CMIP5 Abilities
A recently published paper evaluates CMIP3 and CMIP5 global climate model ability to simulate precipitation over the Caribbean and southeastern U.S. The paper's authors, Katherine Hayhoe and Jung-Hee Ryu, are affiliated with Texas Tech University, a member of the South Central Climate Science Center University Consortium.
In collaboration with Barry Keim and Kevin Robbins, we are hoping to extend this approach to better understand precipitation dynamics over our own South-Central region.
