OSM and BLM are no longer accepting comments on the proposed consolidation.  The bureaus selected the deadline of 5 PM EST on February 8th in order to provide adequate time to consider all input before submitting a report to Secretary Salazar by February 15th.  We appreciate the efforts of those who have taken the time to submit input.
