FY 2009 BIA Financial Assistance & Social Services Program Report
The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) requests that all tribal and BIA social service programs that utilize Welfare Assistance and Social Services Administrative funds from the BIA, submit a BIA Financial Assistance & Social Service Program Report. The report provides vital information that is used by the BIA to justify funding levels, make program and policy decisions, and educate important entities such as Congress, Office of Management and Budget (OMB), and the public.
