Selected pieces of equipment from the Center will be available to DOI employees for use outside of the Center. Assistive listening devices, ergonomic keyboard, chairs, and other equipment can be utilized by DOI employees who demonstrate the need for such equipment on a short-term basis.

Examples might be an employee who is hard of hearing borrowing an assistive listening device for a meeting or to attend a briefing where background noise can be troublesome. ATC staff will review loan requests on a case-by-case basis, and establish a procedure for tracking equipment when it leaves the Center.
