The ATC has an established ergonomics program. This includes visits to employees workstations in the Washington DC area to recommend solutions and equipment. For those employees not in the Washington DC area, every effort is made to make recommendations through the phone and to provide employees with the necessary reading literature to make informed decisions about how to set up their workstations. Although not covered by the CAP program, the ATC does loan out and make recommendations on ergonomic chairs and will help fit you to the appropriate seating solution.
