Jennifer Freeman, is the Executive Director for the Colorado Youth Corps Association (CYCA).
Jennifer has worked in the youth corps and national service fields for 18 years. She was CYCA's associate director for seven years prior to becoming the executive director in 2007. At CYCA, she develops resources for the state's 10 youth conservation corps that employ and train 1,800 young people.
She manages a statewide accreditation program and advocates for the advancement of the youth corps movement. She is active with a variety of statewide collaborative efforts to support youth development and conservation in Colorado.
Jennifer earned a B.S. in Psychology and a M.S. in Management and Organizational Behavior from Benedictine University in Illinois. She also holds a graduate certificate in non-profit management from Louisiana State University-Shreveport. Jennifer enjoys hiking, skiing, and camping in Colorado with her husband and two children.
